1. Scope of Warranty

At Hornir, every product is handcrafted using genuine exotic leathers and undergoes strict quality control before shipment.

We offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.
Returns and refunds are only accepted if one of the following valid conditions is met:

A return is eligible only if the item has:

  1. manufacturing defect
  2. Shipping damage
  3. size issue (wrong size sent or size materially different from the size ordered)
  4. leather authenticity issue
  5. A product that does not match the photos displayed on our website
  6. A product that does not correspond to the product description

No other reasons are accepted.


2. Returns That Are NOT Accepted

For clarity and protection of our brand and clients, the following are not valid reasons for return:

• Change of mind
• Personal taste or preference
• “I don’t like the color”
• “I expected something different”
• Minor natural leather variations (grain, pores, scale pattern, tone variation)
• Normal leather scent
• Signs of use, wear, bending, or walking
• Damage caused after delivery
• Any return without prior authorization

Exotic leathers (crocodile, ostrich, lizard, python, stingray, etc.) are natural materials. Small variations in texture, scale size, or tone are not defects and do not qualify for a return.


3. Return Request Procedure

To request a return:

  1. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
  2. Submit a ticket via our contact page or email
  3. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos or videos of the issue
    • A detailed explanation of the problem

We do not accept any return request without visual proof.


4. Return Authorization

Our quality control team will review your request.

If (and only if) your case falls under the valid return conditions listed in Section 1, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA).

Returns sent without written approval will be refused and returned to the sender.


5. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must:

• Be unused
• Be in original condition
• Include original packaging
• Include all accessories
• Show no wear, creasing, smell, or damage

Items showing signs of use, alteration, or wear will be rejected.


6. Return Shipping

If the return is approved and the fault is confirmed to be ours:

Hornir will cover the return shipping.

If inspection shows that the claim was false, exaggerated, or caused by the customer, the return will be rejected and shipped back at the customer’s expense.


7. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Refunds are processed within 3 business days
• Funds are returned to the original payment method
• Shipping fees are refunded only when the fault is confirmed


8. Replacement Option

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, especially for size or stock-related issues.

10. Legal Protection Clause

Hornir reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.

Abuse of the return policy, false claims, or attempts to return used or altered products will result in a permanent refusal of refund and may lead to account suspension.
